Can anyone help, before I take this fitbit back!!

Please all please help. I cant even set my blaze up, the battery is too low to set up (I think) and its not charging in its little box. I have tried it on a couple of other things and it seems hopeless, can anyone help me before I lose the will to live with this thing!!! Not a great start for fitbit?

Hello @suzyqcox74 between R setting up the the tracker, the joy was to know if it is charging to s by the slight buzz while connecting the tracker. 

Did the app tell you the battery was low? If so I would try setting it up again. 

Now since you say you have tried, at what step does it fail?

Hi there, it didnt buzz, and just says its not enough battery to update?

It won't come off the set up screen, I dont know what I am supposed to do. Even bought another charger in case that was the issue. But I cant seem to get it to charge?? Please help!

Ok tried again and it did buzz and gave me the code, which I did. Then said its was too low battery to complete. I try to charge and it isnt charging, that is two different brand new chargers today???
