Can blaze's heart rate be on permanent display?
I try to find a heart rate monitor have a function screen always on after start workout mode for check my heart rate anytime no need to touch screen or push button to check it.

I'm afraid not. The only fitbit that has an "always on" display is the Surge.

As mentioned, there isn't an option to have the display illuminating but you can take a look at the Ability to Edit How Long Blaze Screen Stays Illuminated request, vote for it and leave your comment.
