Hi,
I have had the blaze for a few months now, working fine, but then I noticed it kept running out of battery quickly and generally working quite slowly.
Anyway, I removed it from my fitbit account, looking to add it back. Using my iphone app, I get to the part where it says "enter the number on your display". But then the fitbit app gets stuck and won't go any further. It says "connecting to fitbit..." and won't do anything else. Any help pls?
Also I'd like to add that I have unbonded my fitbit from my iphone, and I've restarted and shutdown my fitbit/iphone, still with no success.
