There isn't any new faces for the Blaze @Samuelchin I'm not sure which compatible ones you are referring to.

Hello there @Samuelchin, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the late response.
As my friend @Rich_Laue said, there's no new clock face for Fitbit Blaze. Note that the ones listed below are the available for the Blaze:
If you're having trouble changing it, please restart your Blaze and then follow the steps provided in the article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
I hope this answers your inquiry, let us know if you need further assistance.

Hi
the issue is Fitbit app not showing available watch face and instead showing blank white screen. Usually we are able to sync using Fitbit bit app to change available watch face.

Hi @Kyaw and @Samuelchin. do you both have the same issue?
What phone models do you have?
My suggestion would be to stop the fitbit app, in android, this is done through the phone settings. And while there I would clear the cache for the fitbit app.

The screen in the app is empty, I have an iPhone SE 2020, tried everything , deleted the app restarted the blaze , nothing works!

Hi Samuelchin & other posters
Did you ever get a resolution to this. I have an iphone 7 running ios 14.6 (latest for my phone) and cannot change my face either. Like you I have a blank screen on my iphone when I go to "Clock Face" on my App - It used to present all the various clock faces there, but they have all vanished. All other sync modes seem to be operational (steps etc). I've tried shutdown, letting it run down, doing it from the charger but all to no avail. I've not tried re-installing the App because I fear losing my data on the app, but thats my next try if no response on the forum.
Thanks for any assistance

Any ideas on this one Rich?
Mine is fixed - My phone iphone 7 was running ios version 14.5. There is an update to ios 14.7 - Download that and it sorts this problem

Agreed! Same issue here, no ability to change face. Have tried a few things too!

I downloaded the iOS update 14.7 and still have the issue. No clock face options, just a blank white screen. There are arrows offering to switch face options but nothing there.

Same problem with my fitbit.
not able to change the clock face. using iOS 14.4

Workaround: I am iOS v14.71 (current version), and the only way I was able to change the clock face was to login to the website dashboard (not through the app) where I was then able to select and sync a new clock face to my Blaze.

I confirm it works, login to fitbit.com, click on the watch icon on the top right, click on your type of watch in the left column, then go to clock display, select the watch face, then sync on your phone in the app. Thanks

thanks for the tip of logging into the website. However, the question remains as to why we can no longer make this change from the App.

Exactly my point , the question remain the same as why we are not able to change the watch face from native app. Fitbit should look into this that we don’t want to spend another penny more of buying new model while on our current one should be functioning as long as device hold.

You should be able to, if you can't, I would try clearing the apps cache, or data.

To fix the problem go to fitbit.com make sure you close out your Fitbit app first. Once you get into fitbit.com (best to use desktop version) at the top scroll to the right until you see a little settings button it looks like a slotted circle. Press on the settings button and go to breeze not blaze 101 you will see a blaze at the top press that button scroll down and you’ll see the clock display. Set the clock face that you want and close it out reboot your Fitbit/synch and it will display the new clock face
