Can't change the clock face on my Blaze

My clock face is not showing. When I try to change in the app the screen is blank and there are no clock faces to choose from. I have tried reinstalling the app and restarting the blaze. Still not showing anything.

Huh, this is pretty strange @branclark. Welcome to the Fitbit Community by the way!

Have you tried to se up your tracker as a new device?

For that, go to the Account section at the bottom right corner of your app. Then, look for the option that says "Set up a new device" and follow the on-screen instructions. Once you've done this, see if the clock face appears as it would normally do.

Yup that worked. It was weird when it happened. I went to change the clock face and there was a new one. When I chose it that's when the screen froze in the app and then it was blank and my blaze did not have a clock face. That new one is no longer an option.

Yeah, the same thing happened to me this morning @branclark, I saw like two of the new clock faces but just to be sure I refreshed the page and they were gone after that. I would say it's because the new firmware version si being rolled out so I would say it's just matter of time for us to be next 🙂

Hello, i reseted the watch, reseted the device and still no clock faces still blank .

If you log on to your profile through the Fitbit website, it allows you to change the watch face on there still but the app no longer allows me to change it. I’ve just logged in and changed the clock face and it worked. I hope that helps

Hi I can’t see blaze watch faces in app . I did a soft reset as well as readded the watch but still the same issue , can u help pls

Hi FitBit, same issue w/ Sapansrivastsva. I tried to uninstall the app and re-installed/ synced device but to no avail, nothing shows in the clock face app. I am an iphone user, I have an iphone 7 and my current iOS/ operating system is 14.4.2. Please assist, thank you.

Me too. I’ve tried to restart, set up new device and it’s not working.

1) Go to Fitbit.com and log in to your account

2) press on your profile icon (top right)

3) press the 3 horizontal lines (top right)

4) press settings (left hand side)

5) press on your device ie Blaze

6) 8th option down is Clock Display

7) press clock display and that should show you all the click faces to choose from 

😎 resync and your watch face should now be changed.

Same problem here. I will try the webpage fix though. I am on IOS 14.6 and noticed that after the last app update a couple of days ago a message came up saying that fitbit won’t support software for the Blaze any more. Since then I have had all sorts of issues syncing and adjusting time zones while traveling. I sincerely hope this is a temporary bug and not a dishonest way to obsolete this neat device.
