Can't change the clock face once updated

I can not change the clock face on my fit but blaze once I updated it

I'm sorry you're having problems changing the clock face on your tracker.

 

Just to make sure, is the display stuck on just one screen or it is that you can not choose a different clock face?

 

There are some known issues at the moment and I can recommend restarting your tracker and syncing it at least three times to see if this makes the trick. You can easily restart your tracker by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

 

After that, try to change the clock face and see how it goes.
