This is strange... I just tried to connect to Facebook and it did go through with no problems. Now, I'd like to know... Do you have the Facebook app installed on your iPhone? If not, this could be the reason why it's not connecting. Make sure you download the Facebook app, make sure to log in and then, go to Fitbit and hit on the Connect Facebook option. After that, it should show the following:

Try that out and let me know how it goes!

i just got a fit bit and i am trying to connect to my face book but every time i do it said oops there is an error and i have redown loaded both apps and it still will not connect. how can i fix this
