After setting up music control by pairing devices by bluetooth (classic) I started google play music app(default music app on moto g4 plus). Now on tracker it once showed name of playing track but after 5-7 seconds it start saying connecting/loading music.. and gets stuck there. I tried restarting phone and tracker but again the same problem. what to do next?

It's great to see you around @rak15. Keep in mind that your phone needs to be compatible in order to have all the features that the Blaze has and Moto G4 Plus isn't a compatible mobile device. You can take a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there, but I don't guarantee it will work 100%.

Nice to here from you. I have done all troubleshooting and know moto g4 plus isn't in compatible list. I want to request that update your software to support these devices. If other companies can then so do fitbit ! Thanks

This solution is horrible - please make the blaze work on Moto G4 plus. My lady thinks i bought her a piece of junk. (the fitbit)

Great to see you around @tigeRocket. I know it would be great to have more compatible devices, our team is hard working in testing the compatibility of several phones, your patience will be much appreciated. In the meantime, I recommend taking a look at the Please add LG G4 on the list!!! request, vote for it and leave your comment. You can also keep an eye on our list of compatible mobile devices for any update.
