Huh, that sounds strange....

Please make sure that you're looking for this option by tapping on your  tracker icon at the top left corner from the dashboard. Then, scroll down until you find the notifications and the option to enable call and text messages should be here. If you're still not able to see it, I would ask you to please share a screenshot of how it looks and also, you could try to set up your tracker as a new device to see if you can get these options after that.

For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

Hope this helps and if you need anything else, let me know. Welcome to the Community Forums @Ramesh117! 🙂

Hi Fitbit Team,

Thanks for your response. Here the strange thing is, Once we turned on the
Bluetooth pairing it is showing two different names as follows:
1. Blaze Classic
2. Blaze.

If we connected to Blaze classic it s got connected sync with music only.
But if we connected to Blaze it will sync with calls and Test messages and
other apps as well. So don't know when the connectivity is swapping with
one another.

Now my Question is why Blaze is having two different Bluetooth names to
sync and connect with phone.

Thanks for getting back @Ramesh117! 🙂

The reason why it has two ways to connect to your phone is as you said it, because one is used to connect to the music only (Bluetooth Classic) while the other (Blaze) will be for syncing all the information and getting the notifications.

For the Blaze only, you have to do nothing at all, except from setting up your tracker, this will automatically make the Blaze to sync your data and give you notifications. Now, for the Blaze Classic, you have to manually pair it from the Bluetooth settings on your phone for you to be able to control music from your tracker but that's the only thing you will need to do.

If you have more questions, let me know! 🙂

Hi Team,

Thanks for your Update. But In my scenario I want only the data sync to get
the notifications. So I'm connecting only to BLAZE option. But here I'm
facing one more issue like auto swap Bluetooth connectivity is happening
with BLAZE Classic. After that i'm trying to unpair the Blaze classic and
trying to connect with Blaze. But Blaze connectivity is declines the
pairing.

So can you please look into this issue.

Thank you

I can sure help you with this.

You should be able to have Blaze and Blaze classic working together without one interrupting the other. Now, if you'd like to get rid of the Blaze Classic bond, go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone. On your connected devices, look for your Blaze Classic. Tap on it, then choose the option that says "Forget this device".

Now, keep in mind that for syncing your tracker, you don't do this from the Bluetooth setting on your phone but you need to do this from the Fitbit app, so it shouldn't decline the pairing as it's already paired to your account. If you continue to have problems with this, I can recommend setting up your tracker as a new device to ensure you will have a good connectivity.

For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

Hope this helps and anything else, I'm here to help!
