There used to be a video showing a fitbit warmup. It was about 10 minutes long. Now I cannot find it online any more.

Welcome to the Community @Jack10525! I would like to get more details about which video you used to see and now you're not able to find it. 

 

If you have a Fitbit Blaze, you'll have FitStar on your tracker and this will show you 3 FitStar workouts. Is this what you're not able to find anymore on your Blaze? Did you see it on your app or on your online Dashboard?
