Can’t get into my account!

I’m so frustrated. Please someone help me. My charge HR died on holiday. I have just purchased a blaze. For some unknown reason I cannot get into my Fitbit account. It keeps telling me my password is incorrect. I have tried to resolve this by reset password email but I’m also not receiving the email therefore I can’t reset my password. I have emailed technical help and they are so slow. All I want them to do is reset my password for me. So at this current time, my blaze is just sitting there waiting to be used.

Is there a chance the email got in the spam folder?

 

Can you check in your profile settings menu that the correct email is used?

As mentioned by our friend here, have you take a look at your spam folder? If you haven't, please do. Also, please confirm you did the following to reset your Fitbit password from your Fitbit app:

 

  1. Open the Fitbit app.
  2. Click Log In and Forgot your password?
  3. Enter your email address and click Send Reset Email. A link where you can reset your password will be sent to your email address.
  4. Go to your email inbox and click the link in the email. This link will take you to our mobile website.
  5. Enter your new password and click Change. You'll need to enter your password here and then once again to log into your account. Keep this in mind and be sure to enter your password correctly both times.
  6. Return to the Fitbit app and log in.
