Can't get on the dashboard!

I can sync my Blaze but can't get past adverts for new products to get onto my dashboard! What am I doing wrong?

Which dashboard,  snd on what device? Posting in a hardware forum about a software problem leaves some basic questions unanswered.

If your talking about an app dashboard, i would have no idea.

If your refferring to the web based dashboard i would suggest checking your web plugins, and do a scan for malware or other unwanted garbage. The only advertisement should be a small banner at the top of the page. To the right is a "X" that if clicked will close the banner.

I am referring to the web-based dashboard rather than the app version. I am in the UK & am used to the small banner ads at the top of the screen but today all I get is a full screen ad (not a banner) for the new IONIC & inviting me to pre-order one. I cannot find a "X" to the right of the screen to shut the ad down. 

Sorry if this is the wrong forum to ask this Q, I hadn't realised! I will go away now!
