Can't get phone calls of text messages on blaze

I got the Fitbit Blaze for christmas and for some reason I'm not recieving text messages or phone calls from my Samsung S7 Edge.  I'm able to control my music on it but can't figure out whats going on with the calls or texts.  Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Did you enable both in the app and choose the app for each?
