I have an update message on the Blaze, I click it and the next screen appears and there is some info that appears like it will take 5-10 min to update, keep your phone and blaze close to each other etc., then I hit the next bar send it starts the process and after about 40 seconds it's back to the very beginning to the first page with the red update tracker banner and nothing happened.
I tried several times, I turned my phone off then back on, I charged by Blaze and my phone nothing has helped.
What should I do?

@Ngsc, here is a article from Fitbit website that may help. See link below.

A warm welcome to the Community @Ngsc, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself and @Aclobos for stopping by.
If you are having inconveniences updating your tracker, I recommend restarting your Blaze. After the restart process, follow the steps provided in the How do I update my tracker's firmware? post to update your device from your Fitbit app.
Let me know the outcome.
