Can't manually log walk

can anyone tell me why I can't manually log a walk under common activities any longer? Did they remove this ability with the last update?

I had the same problem yesterday while trying to log my daily morning bike ride & today it still doesn't work (none of the icon buttons are functional).

I would like to know how are you logging your activities? Are you doing this from a computer or from your phones? In the meantime, please confirm you are doing the following from your Fitbit app:

 

  1. Tap the "+" icon
  2. Tap Track Exercise
  3. Enter your information
  4. Tap Log It
  5. Sync
