Can't pair Blaze with account

I had both Versa, which was I was previously using, and Blaze listed in my Fitbit Ap.  Using Blaze over 6 months, but no longer showing in Ap.  Although Blaze working, cannot synch.  Tried adding as New Device, not working.

What should I be doing?

Called in, no help. Kept having me do same thing over and over.

Hello @Kbull, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thank you for what you have already tried, in order to pair your Blaze. I contacted support and they confirmed, that they shared with you these troubleshooting steps. In case you have already tried them, but are still unable to pair the Blaze, I suggest that you reply to the last e-mail you received from them. They will be glad to keep on assisting you.
