Can't pair my Blaze

Hi, I just bought for my Mrs. a new Fitbit Blaze. I want to set up everything for her, I charged the device and now I want to sync Fitbit with a computer (mac book) but on watch I get only Fitbit logo and can't start the watch press the left button but nothing happened, when I try to reset screen start flashing with logo. Please any advice?

I would like to know if you keep having issues setting up the Blaze? If you do, I recommend restarting the tracker and take a look at the How do I set up my Fitbit device? article and follow the instructions provided there.
