Can't pair my Blaze

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have a new Fitbit Blaze. I have downloaded the app and created an account. However I can not add my device as it will not get passed the I Agree to the terms and conditions screen. I click I Agree but nothing happens.

Also, the account verification email has not come through. It is not in my junk folder, the email is entered correctly and I pressed resent email but it still has not come.

There's a known bug with accepting the terms that's affecting some people. Keep an eye on the following thread that has the latest updates from fitbit and a few ideas to try to get round the problem:

It's great to see you around @Ang-P, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself and @SteveH for stopping by.

I would like to know if you were able to setup your Blaze? If you still having issues, I recommend restarting your tracker, your phone and check that you are doing the following:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy

Thanks.

I restarted everything, reinstalled the app, charged my Fitbit and disconnected from another Bluetooth device I use.

I’m not sure which combination of these helped, but I was then able to proceed passed the terms and conditions screen.

I also received the email to verify my account, it was 45min-1 hour after I pressed send so it was just delayed.

Thanks
