Can't pair my Blaze

Hi does any one can help me out from this situation?

 

I have tried to pair with my iPhone 7, it’s not connect to my phone so tried to connect with my android device and later with windows 10 laptop but it remains same there is no change in display and it shows only logo. I tried all the recommended option. However it remains same. Can anyone tell me the at the back side of Blaze I notice that it even not blinking it’s light unlike in setup video?

BlaZe not working with iPhone 7, It doesn’t display anything in the screen expect it is logo. It’s not pairing with any of my phone. I have tried the option like reset the watch, restart iPhone after removed paired Bluetooth connection. And some times it’s not paired with Bluetooth. Feeling disappointed. Will it work. any one can help me to come out

Hey there @SunsetRunner, welcome to the Community.

 

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Could you please be more specific and tell me which troubleshoot you have tried so far? In the meantime, I recommend restarting your Blaze and make sure you are doing the following from your Fitbit app to set it up:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
