Can't paired my Blaze

Hi there! I have just got my new Fitbit Blaze in the post today. Got it out of the package tried to set it up but I couldn't and this is what it look like.

A warm welcome to the Community @katewrrn86. I would like to know if you get to paired your Blaze? If you still having inconveniences, I recommend restarting your tracker and confirm you are doing the following from your Fitbit app to set it up:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.

Hi There I have tried that all ready when I was on the phone to Fitbit and
that did not work at all plus my screen of my new Fitbit is corrupted where
it is only showing up half of the Fitbit logo a read line is going straight
across the screen as well. So I am waiting to here back from Fitbit to see
what they can do for me, I hope they will send me out a new Fitbit Screen
replacement 🤞🏻. Here's a photo of my Fitbit screen
