I have a Samsung S8. I have tried every troubleshooting suggestion. I even called Fitbit. My Blaze rejects pairing with my phone. I can't get notifications. I have been trying for over a week. No help from Fitbit on for me. So frustrating.

A warm welcome to the Community @Ellaina and thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.
I would like to know if you keep having issues setting up your tracker? If you do, I recommend restarting your Blaze and follow these steps from your Fitbit app:
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome.

@Ellaina , if you go into blaze's settings, then go to bluetooth classic and set it to "pair". Then go to your S8 and search for it. You should find blaze classic. That will pair. Once that is paired, the regular blaze will pair on its own. (i left mine overnight, making sure i kept my phone near me) It was paired and working by the next morning. ~Hope this helps.

Thanks for the information @Ellaina and @TheAcornWarrior for stopping by.
I would like to know if you tried the instructions provided by our friend here? If you haven't, I recommend trying them since that procedure could work to fix your pairing issue.
Keep me posted.

@AlejandraFitbit, @Ellaina , its works if you try it. Just don't expect instant success. Like i stated, after I used classic bluetooth, and got that to pair. The regular blaze connection on my S8 showed up on its own. SInce then, everything works as expected.
However the issue of battery drain with the S8 and blaze combo still exists. That is not something we as users can fix.
