Having trouble connecting to blaze classic in order to play music. Everything else works but the music.

I have an Android Samsung Galaxy S7 and the only device from bluetooth that shows up is Blaze. It keeps saying it's rejected. I just need the music. Please Help. I tried to pair it and I did not work.

Hi there @jrlorto. Welcome to the Community Forums! 🙂

Let me help you with this. I think you can get this fixed by unpairing and re pairing your Blaze Bluetooth connection. For that, first, restart it. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

After this, go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone, look for the Blaze and tap on it and then choose the option that says "Forget this device". Once you've done this, go to the last screen on your Blaze to open the settings. Make sure that the Bluetooth Classic is enabled and in "Pair". Then. go back to the Bluetooth settings on your phone, look for the Blaze Classic and connect to it.

Then, just to enable notifications again, tap on the icon of your tracker, go to the Notifications and enable them. It will say that it will setup notifications, so just agree to it and it should all work again.

Let me know how it goes!

If you're trying to pair Blaze classic. You'll need to go into your settings menu on the Blaze swipe to Bluetooth. Tap to switch classic to pair, now you should be able to connect. blaze classoc
