Hi there,
I've been experiencing the same syncing issues that everyone else has been with the new iOS (I have an iPhone 6). In desperation, I thought a fresh set-up would help, so I "forgot this device" on my fitbit app.
Tried going through the process of setting up the device again, but the set up would get stuck on the 4 digit code once I would input it. Didn't get past this step.
Then just now I opted to "forget this device" on my bluetooth, and now my bluetooth can't even find the Blaze anymore.
Is this all due to a frimware update needed to be compatible with the new iOS? Or is this an actual device issue?
Thanks,
Jessica

I've had the same problem. When I try to download the new patch that Fitbit says they have to correct this problem, I am unable to download it to my phone.
I get stuck at the point where you type in the 4 digits, and then the phone and watch just sit there. Forever.
I've been fighting this problem for several days now.
I'm about to send the stupid Fitbit Blaze back -- and thing is, I really want the thing.
But I need it to actually work.

The reason that you cant set it up,is the same reason you could not sync. Removing the tracker from your fitbit account will only add to your problem, since it doesn't do anything totgepoeoe trader.
You removed the tracker from your BT.
Have you updated the app?
Shutdown, not just a restart of both the phone and Blaze?
Power things up and try again.

Hi, I have the same problem. My Blaze is currently showing Dec 21 0631 am, and it is actually Dec 31 at 0935 am. Tried syncing, but could not. After a series of troubleshooting, I have now deleted the app on my iPhone 6 and re-installed it, I have shutdown the Blaze and re-started it, I have un-installed the fitbit app from my Windows copmuter and re-installed it, I have deleted the device from the app on the phone and are unable to re-install it. My phone cant get passed the 4-digit code. Nothing happens. Please help soonest. Any solutions out there? Thank you in advance
