Can't receive Fitbit messages from Fitbit friend

Since the last update I can't receive Fitbit messages from my Fitbit friend - they have a Charge2 and I have a Blaze. We tried deleting and readding as friends, no change.

Hello @JoanieTP, sorry for the late reply. Welcome to the Community forums. 

 

Thank you for sharing all this information about what you've been experiencing with the messages feature. 

 

Could you please confirm if you're referring that you send within the Fitbit app or online dashboard, or if you're referring to notifications that you receive from your phone. 

 

In the meantime, if you're not receiving notifications from a friend within the Fitbit app, try logging out, then restart the phone and log back in to your account, then check if you continue to experience the same difficulty.
