Hi could anyone help me

ive got a blaze, it syncs and all that but steps want go back to zero 🙁 they keep adding on and on! I’ve tried everything also reset my blaze my phone deleted app etc 

any help would be great thank you

I’m having the same problem today. It reset to the correct date this morning, but will not reset my steps.
