Can't restart my Blaze

My Fitbit Blaze won't restart as when I hold down the left and bottom right button it brings up the notification bar. Once it brings up the notification bar it just sits there and doesn't do anything.

Welcome to the Forums @Imaginebluesky.

If you want to restart your Blaze, please make sure you are doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Hi,
Thanks for replying however if you’d read my post you see that I tried restarting as usual but it just goes to the notification screen and stays there. It will not reset.
