Can't see my Heart Rate

My heart rate will track on my blaze but when I check my phone it won't show me any of my heart rates. I tried to restart it 3 times and I can get it to show for a sec but if I go to look at the days heart rate it shows nothing for the last week.

It's great to see you around @Kate_mcCharlres. Since you are seeing without an inconvenience your heart rate information on your tracker, could you please tell me exactly what are you seeing on your Fitbit Dashboard? Have you checked that the tile is visible?
