My old Fitbit charge HR broke a few months ago and I just got a new Fitbit Blaze. I setup my new Fitbit Blaze and removed my old charge HR from the app since I won't be using it anymore, but I still want to be able to see all of my old data related to steps, sleep, HR, etc. But at the moment all I can see is the most recent data from the Fitbit Blaze. Does anyone know to be able to see the old data that I already collected as well as the new data that I'm collecting on the app?

Hi, @Dreysonw, could you have accidentally set up a new account (different email) when you set up your Blaze? Once synced, all of your Fitbit data, including past history is attached to your ACCOUNT and NOT your device, so if you are logged in to the same account that you used for your Charge HR you should see all that data.

A warm welcome to the Community @Dreysonw and @Julia_G thanks for stopping by.
Did you sync your Charge HR before getting it removed? If you didn't, the information that your old tracker registered won't be recovered. Now if you did and you can't see it, as recommended, please check that you paired your Blaze to the correct account.
Hope to hear from you soon.

@AlejandraFitbit, since he referred to his "old" Charge HR, which has not been available for purchase for quite some time, I am guessing he probably synced it now and then over the period he used it. But thanks for stopping by!

So, I'm not sure why I couldn't see the old data before, but I haven't changed anything and now randomly all of the information is viewable on the app again. Not sure why I couldn't see it before, but I'm glad its working now. Thanks for all of your responses and ideas.
