I ran yesterday and it shows the map in my app but my ran today didn't show any map. Did I miss to do anything?

Did the phone icon on the Blaze show a connection to the GPS? This might be what was missed?

How do you connect to the gps?  I am new to the blaze and I can't get it to connect to the gps. It says to check the Fitbit app and when I checked that it says the "gps will not be turned on". What am I doing wrong?

Hello @DoraEB please check these

Swipe down on the phones notification panel, do you see a message of Fitbit Notifacation are running?

Is the Fitbit app loaded in memory,  it only needs to be in the background.

Have you tried restarting the phone? This has never failed to fix it for me.

Hello all, I hope you are doing fine. @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by. Woman Wink

If you want to successfully register your exercises, I recommend taking a look at the How do I track my exercise and activities with Fitbit? article, where you will be able to find the steps to track the exercises that count with the GPS connected feature.

I hope this helps, catch you later. Woman Happy
