Can't set an alarm on the fitbit

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The Fitbit website says you can set an alarm from your Fitbit Blaze, but when I go to the alarms page on my Blaze there's no option for me to set a new alarm. It shows the alarms I have set from the web, and I can disable or activate those alarms from the Fitbit, but I can't create a new alarm. Did I read something wrong, or is there something wrong with my Fitbit?

Thanks,

Jill

No Jill, you have it right 🙂

According to page 20 of the user manual,  setting up alarms must be done through the app or the web.  On the Blaze itself there's only the ability to turn them on or off.

A warm welcome to the Community @jillbot and @wmchapman thanks for stopping by.

Actually, yes, you can set an alarm directly from the Blaze (see attached image). If you are not able to see this option, I recommend restarting your Blaze and make sure you are doing the following to see this:

  1. Swipe to Alarms
  2. Slide down and tap + New Alarm
  3. Edit the alarm to your preference

Outstanding, I restarted my Blaze as well, went to the screen, hit the +, rotated the dial to the time I wanted, pressed the left "home" button to confirm, it auto selected "on", pressed the "home" button again to confirm and the alarm went off at the designated time.

Thank you @AlejandraFitbit ! Terrific feature for reminders on-the-go, more to love about the Blaze.

I also found the help article to reference for this exclusive Blaze feature, wow, love it, will find a daily use for sure.

Unfortunately @jillbot i dont have the Blaze with me, but yes i have created alarms in the past so I know that it is possible. One thing to remember is the the Blaze has a maximum of 7 alarms. If this limit is reached, you will have to delete an alarm or edit a current one.
