Can't set up new Blaze. "Low battery" message.

 got new fitbit blaze but it's said low battery and cannot update

Then charge it with USB plug into my computer for 2 hours and try to update firmware but app said too low battery.

keep synching  until battery status changes. Unplug it first.

I'm sorry you're having problems getting your tracker set up to your account 😕

 

I'd recommend trying to restart it at least a couple of times. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. After that, put your Blaze to charge for about one hour just to make sure and then proceed with the Setup process. 

 

For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

When the Blaze is plugged in to charge, there should be a little vibration felt.
