Can't setup my Blaze

I have a Fitbit Blaze and a Sony Xperia XZ1 mobile phone. When will Fitbit update so I can pair devices?

Hey there @Wiggy78, welcome to the Community.

 

I would like to know if you keep having pairing issues? If you do, I recommend restarting your Blaze and follow these steps from your Fitbit app:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

 

About the compatibility of the phone, please keep an eye on our list of compatible mobile devices for any update. Keep in mind that you can always connect your Blaze with a computer or a compatible device.

My daughters paired just fine. Go into your settings. Click on the word Blaze. Go into each sub area. The application: is where you look to check off for android phone.
