I have a Fitbit Blaze, I have been trying to set it up for my daughter. First every time you open the app you have to turn off Bluetooth on the phone and turn it back on through the app or it does not recognize that Bluetooth is on. Next the app will not sync with the Blaze even though it is connected in setting on the phone! Finally the last straw is support says the same things turn your Bluetooth off then turn back on reboot phone and reboot watch how about you fix the sync issues! I have a apple watch connected in 2 seconds and have not lost connection in 3 months.
Frustrated!

I also have a Blaze. Fitbit is a sham. It cannot tell the difference between light sleep and awake in the sleep mode. Yesterday, I went for a walk, and the iphone and pedometer both recorded 2000 steps and Fitbit recorded 3000. The device is just returning junk data and pretending it is real. Fitbit is the equivalent to fake news in the exercise arena.
