I have not been able to sync my Blaze with my Samsung 8+ Since January 16. I have tried all of the tricks- re-installing Fitbit app, looking for 2.65 or the 2.65.1 uodates and I can' find them anywhere. I have done, a hard reset on my Blaze. I have done a hard reset on my phone. I hhave 8npaired my Blaze from bluetooth and cannotget ut to pair back. Ugh!Help! Please let me know when updates will be available or where I can get them or get any assistance. Thank you!!

@rebecca70115 a hard reset of the Blaze and phone is done by doing a shutdown, is that what you did? A restart is simply a soft reset.
Removing the Blaze from the phones Bluetooth is a good step and usually allows the app to sync. The Blaze does not have to be paired, something the user not do, for a sync to happen.
I'm hoping you did not tell Fitbit that you do not want to use the tracker, by removing it from the app.

Hi, @rebecca70115, there is currently a known issue where some Android users are having difficulty syncing their Fitbits using phones, like yours, that are meant to be compatible. The engineers are aware and are working on it. You can get more information, and updates, by following this post.
In the meantime, do you have another device (tablet, computer, laptop) that you could use to sync? The first step would be to get it back added to your account, of course. You could even borrow a friend's iPad, for example, to do this, if they have the Fitbit app, by logging into your account on their device.
