Can't sync my new Blaze

Well gang I have been fighting with this thing for 3 days and aout to toss in the towel.I can't get this bad boy to sync with my Galaxy Grand Prime or my Surface Pro 3, now that's not to be confused with "PAIRING" of "Connectecting" because it doe's both of those just fine. I am sitting here watching my heart rate, and the 13 steps I took today on the Surface Dashboard and It will do the same with my Galaxy Grand. When I try to sync it on my Galaxy I get a "sync error" with no other explanation. When I connect with my Surface I get a message that I need to (duh I can't remember what it said) ahhhh maybe set it up again but not even a clue on how to do this magical cure all. Somewhere it tells me that my last sync was last monday but that doesn't make sence because the time on the monster has never been correct. Should I drag my 25 year old Timex out of the desk and send this fancy thingy back?

Well I called support and after I short wait I was connected with a nice young lad that worked with me for about an hour to get me and my new Blaze ticking. If your having any troubles that sound like mine heres the fix, from your Dashoard look at the top left of your screen and click on "Account", a drop down menu will appear with your name in the top left corner and under that your Blaze and the last sync date. Now here is where I got lost doing it by myself......Under that you will see a turquoise bar that says "Set Up a Device" in it, well to me this looked like a divider line not a action button so I looked under it for directions on how to re-set up my Blaze and found none. Well after trying everything else the support dude and I got to this point and he tells me to click on the turquoise bar which I did and up pops the set up sequence and away we went. One last tip, if you got this far it will show your Blaze as connecteted and ask you if you want to connect a new Blaze, click yes o the new blaze option and then follow the instructions.

Have fun,

Belcher

Had the same problem I have a LG cheap phone.  I had to first make sure the watch was charged and then I turned off my phone and let it start from fresh.  It's worked after playing with it.  The first setup is a pain.  Do you have your bluetooth on?  I have to make sure it's always on.  And you have a good Wifi connection.  May want to make sure your Data is turned on too!
