Can't sync the old record and change time

Pls.advise me back. My Fitbit Blaze watch can't be recorded and changed time..

@Raviporn the I ly thing I understand is that you can't sync.. But what type of device are you trying to sync through?
Have you restarted the Blaze by holding in both the left and lower right buttons, or restarted the device you sync through?

It's great to see you around @Raviporn and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by. I would like to know if you keep having problems with your Blaze? If you do, please follow our syncing troubleshoot. After these steps the tracker should sync and the time should correct itself.
