Can't sync with iPhone or iPad

This is the third time in 10 days that my Blaze won't synch with my iPhone or iPad.  Neither device seems to recognise Blaze in Bluetooth.  I've turn Bluetooth on/off, devices on/off.  deleted FitBit App, reset it, Blaze is charged.  Given that I've successfully been able to remedy this twice in the last 10 days, I don't know what else to do now.   I'm running IOS 12.1.1 on my devices.

This has been my experience recently. Several forum posts seem to concur. Makes no sense that it works fine for months at a time with iPad and suddenly will not sync. This happened tome before and eventually was able to sync again. Seriously considering Apple Watch.
