Connected to a PC with Windows 10 via the charging station.  How do I update/sync?  I keep getting an error indicating that "In order to sync, please uninstall fitbit connect or other apps that are trying to use the fitbit base station".

Are you using the Win10 app to update? 

It looks as if the Fitbit connect software is also installed, i would shut this down and try again.. Some have reported better success using the connect rather than the Won10 app.

Thank you.  It seems to have worked with the COnnect rather than the windows 10 app.
