Can't update Blaze firmware

I went into my fitbit app on my Android phone (HTC M8 One) and it has a message to "Update Tracker Software". I click on the link and it goes to a screen with 3 items to know before updating. I click the "Next" button at the bottom and it tried to update my firmware but ended with the "Update Incomplete" screen. I made sure all of the 4 suggestions were taken care of and tried again. Still no luck after charging my Blaze and retrying 10 or so times. Now I can't sync with my phone. It shows a red circle with a white eclamation point in the "Sync Now" section. When I click the icon it turns into a revolving circle for a bit and then turns back to the red circle with the white exclamation point.

Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? I have firmware version 17.8.102.7 on my Blaze.

I removed my Blaze from my fitbit app on my phone and reconnected it. Once connected it asked me to update my firmware. I started the firmware update and this time it started updating the progress bar (which it didn't do before). It then went to the "Not Working?" screen. I followed the directions and tried again. Again the progress bar showed and started updating. The progress bar got to the end but then it went to the "Incomplete Update" screen. However, the Blaze showed a check mark as if the update were sucessful. Also, the fitbit app on my phone has the updated firmware number for my Blaze now.

Fingers crossed, I think the update was successful. I hope this helps someone with a similar issue.

Welcome to the Community @Ranbou. Thanks for sharing the troubleshoot you did to setup your Blaze. Woman Very Happy I know this can be helpful for someone that is having the same or similar inconvenience. Keep in mind that if you can't setup your tracker with a Computer you can try with an iOS, Android, Windows Fitbit app.

Keep the stepping up! Woman Happy
