Can you set the pulse alarm to go off if it too high or too low to alert you?? Please help!!!

Sorry @RebeccaH7, there is no "pulse alarm" feature for any of our trackers; but it is a great suggestion, you might take the time to post in the requested features section, with enough votes it will move up the list of priorities for the design team.
For now what I do is change to the ACES display. after your Blaze syncs tap the clock display until the icon at the bottom of your clock changes the HR symbol. When active I glance time to time at the heart icon switching from heart outline to solid heart to radiating heart (cardio), I slow down a tad when I see the radiating heart so I am between solid and radiating.
Great suggestion removing the need to activate your display to check status!

The Fit Bit Charge has a pulse alarm that gently wakes you without disturbing anyone else. Very nice. Gentle but insistent.
