I have serious issues with my new FITBIT blaze. Just got it yesterday and could not pair it with my phones after trying many times.
The problem is the screen is continuosly blinking with the Fitbit logo and is showing nothing else. I have tried using the left button and the right bottom button and other combinations but nothing seems to work. Cannot even find the factory reset button which i think the blaze does not have. No other screen is showing except that. I have charged it for several hours and it is still blinking. Not even stopping.
Dont know why it is happening and very disappointed with the initial impression of the Blaze. Please someone give me a solution so that i can start using it. Thanks.

I am having the same problem but it just started. I have had mine since May. I am trying to figure out how to reset it.

A warm welcome to the Community @asgarhaider8 and @jlp22. If you are having problems setting up your trackers, I recommend checking if your phones are compatible mobile devices, I also recommend restarting your Blaze and try the setup procedure from a computer.
Let me know the outcome.

Thnak you for the welcome. I had to return my Blaze to the source and it was replaced by a new one. It is good now and I am using it since.
But recently i bought a new Alta. Had the same problem of starting. Charged for many hours but completely blank, no response. Had to return it also.

@asgarhaider8 the Sluts does not turn on automatically, but requires a restart procedure. Place it into its powered up charger, then press and release the button on the charger 3 times within10 secinds.
