JUst bought a new fitbit blaze.
Install fitbit app with windows 10 pc (no smart phone). it detects my new blaze but when it comes to the first update. it cannot be completed (even with multiple tries, reinstalling fitbit app and also restarting the blaze). Pls help
Best AnswerHi Thanks for the input. There was no progress bar on the blaze. It just shows fitbit setup with the fitbit logo. and then after attempting to update, prompts update cannot be completed.
Best AnswerThen the update has not started, i would start at the beginning and do an add tracker. But first restart tye Blaze by holding the left and lower right buttons for 15 seconds.

I did all this already (restarting blaze reinstalling the app, deleteing the blaze in the app and redetecting it). But none worked
