Cant connect to Fitbit :(

I bought a blaze less than 24 hours ago and already have problems 😞 one being I can not add friends. When I go into thr Fitbit app and click on friends it just says can not connect to fitbit and to check connection. But my connection is fine. Any ideas?

Hmmm very strange @stephjt

 

Can you please try to log out of your app and log back in? Also, deleting the app and installing it again could help. If you're still having problems with this, I'd recommend adding friends from the online dashboard and check to make sure that you are able to sync with your phone normally.
