When you say that you tried everything, what do you mean?
Are you getting the message "Rejected by Blaze", this is the message you should get when trying to pair the tracker to the phone?
The correct way is to download, install, then run the Fitbit app.
Log into your Fitbit account, press i have an account.
Now do an Add device.
You need to add your Charge 2 to your Fitbit Account, then the App will pair the tracker to the phone if it needs to be.
