Cant sync my blaze watch on my phone so I can change the time the watch has.

I've tried to change the time and date on my blaze watch and I cant seem to find where I can do that. I've tried to sync it on my phone through the app and nothing. How do I sync my blaze watch so that I can change the date and time?

Hi @Vrodriguez826  the Blaze takes the time from the device you set it up with. You may need to check the settings on your phone to be sure to allow communication between the two. Sync a few times and see if that helps. You can't set the time or date on the Blaze itself. Let us know what happens.

Hi, I tried syncing it my Blaze like 6 times, fully charging and rebooting
it and nothing seems to work. Can someone please help me.

I have the exact same problem which occurred on the same day as Vrodriguez826. When you find the answer let me know too! When I try to contact help they say they are having problems and that I should come here for help?!?

I have an old iPhone 5s which is on the list. I have the ios12.2 which is also on the list.
