Hi ya

mt blaze has had a hissy fit! It’s saying ive burned 1442 calories (except for today) for the two weeks plus it’s not logged any exercise since 20/4 - I’ve synced it but it’s not changed ??

Did the sync work as this suggests that your Blaze has not been syncing for a couple of weeks? When fitbits stop syncing you still get some calories burned recorded as it can calculate your BMR calories (those you burn just keeping your body alive) from your profile settings.

Note that the Blaze can only hold detailed data for up to a week between syncs, after that it holds data at a daily summary level. So, if syncing is a problem then the data may look strange when you get it going again - including missing activity data.

If the sync has now worked and data is still missing then I'm afraid it's gone for good. If it's not syncing properly then I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your Fitbit Blaze, Fitbit Ionic, or Fitbit Versa doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.
