My fitness score still shows a range after 7 runs (more than 10 mins and on flat terrain) in the past 3 weeks. Do I need to use the "track exercise" feature on the app rather than connecting my Blaze's run mode to GPS?
I haven't tried tracking from the app yet but I'm planning on another run tomorrow so maybe I'll use that instead!
Anyone have tips or the same problem?

Hi lainey11230!
To improve your VO2 max, and therefore your cardio fitness score, is by increasing the intensity of your exercise. Not only should those workouts be done with a higher intensity, they should also be done on a consistent basis. If, however, you think you are completing all of the above, I would suggest going through the following checklist:
1.) Make sure your Blaze's Heart Rate sensor is turned on. To check this, follow the steps below:
1.) Scroll to the settings page on your Fitbit Blaze. (It will be the last page)
2.) Tap on the settings page
3.) Then scroll down to where it says Heart Rate
4.) It should say 'Auto', or 'On' in order to accurately depict your VO2 Max
2.) If your Heart Rate sensor is already on, try restarting your Fitbit Blaze. See the below steps:
1.) Hold down both the 'Back' button, and the 'Select' button until you see the Fitbit icon appear
on your Blaze's screen.
If you continue to see a problem, I would highly consider contacting Fitbit support!
If this was helpful, please press the thumbs up!

Thanks I'll try high intensity running, I've been mostly just settling for a comfortable pace since it seems my ave HR when running is quite high. Usually around 175+ for a 2+ mile run.
