My cardio fitness was slowly rising as I increased workouts and lost weight. Suddenly it went from a tang to a single score and hasn’t risen in months. I run 3-4 miles 2 a week, do weights 3 times a week and pilates 2 times a week. It’s been still just 33 for months I feel like this is not accurate. Why did it change from a range to single score? Then stop improving? This happen to others?

If you click on the heart area on the dashboard, and then the see how fit you are area, it says to get a more precise reading, go for a comfortable run with GPS enabled. Guessing you did that to get the single number rather than the range. No idea why it's not changing. Maybe watch it closer when you run with GPS?
