My Fitbit Blaze is syncing with my phone and Ipad, but it stopped updating my challenges with friends (I join the challenges, but recieve zero credits for the steps I've taken). I rebooted my Blaze and resynced the blue tooth connection to no avail (the challenges simply won't update (any pointers on what I should try next?

Hi there @Kingmo. Great to see you in the Community! 🙂
I would recommend logging out of your Fitbit app. Once you've done this, log back in with the same email address and password and get your tracker to sync and see if this makes any difference.

I performed the steps you recommended and it didn't work. I ended up taking the Blaze back to the store I purchased it from and exchanged it for a new one (the new Blaze works perfectly leading me to believe it was the watch itself that was broken in some way).

Huh... I would have thought it was the app for sure but thanks for coming back and letting me know it was in fact the tracker @Kingmo.
