Use the app, or web interface to move them around .

Instructions are on the bottom of the page. 

Then the tracker needs to sync.

My screen looks quite different from this, and the first time I tried, my shortcuts wouldn't drag and drop no matter what I did. I went back tonight and I was able to rearrange using drag and drop so now I am happy!
